Abstract
The casting coated sand used in laser rapid prototyping process was investigated with a number of experiments. The effects of different process parameters such as laser power, scanning speed, preheat temperature,powder-bed depth on the sintered quality were studied systematically. The results show that the most opgimized process parameters to obtaimed the qualified laser rapid prototyping sand patterns for molding are laser power 21W,scanning speed 900mm/s,preheat temperature 70℃,powder-bed depth 0.2mm.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
