Abstract

For the time being, the objective of struggle to build a well-off society completely puts forward new demand to carry out the thoughts of sustainable development strategy : firstly, the practice of sustainable development strategy should be under the conduct of the scientific development view. secondly, sustainable development should be link with the construction of political civilization.
