Abstract

The L_(16)(4~4) desgin has been adopted to study the conditions of extracting flavonoids from the dried stem. The result shows that the optimum conditions are solutions of 60% alcohol, the ratio 1g:20mL between limonium biedor and extraction solvent, and extraction temperature at 70℃ for 6 hours.
