Abstract

College teachers pay more attention to fostering the creative talents and practice ability of the students because of the aboil talents competition in modern society. It is discussed about the significance and requirement of fostering creative talents in Engineering speciality by two aspects,that is the requirements of quality education and educational ideas of teachers,moreover,it is given the fostering mode of creative talents in engineering speciality.
