Reflections on Fostering Creative Talents in Engineering Colleges

Abstract

In the current society of knowledge economy,fostering creative talents in large numbers has been put on the agenda of engineering colleges.Aiming at satisfying this new requirement,this article argues that fostering creative talents should begin with three adjustments,stand on three achievementsand be supported by three abilities.
