As one of the old industrial bases,Liaoning province has more industrial enterprise and rich resources of industrial tourism;Liaoning has been a good destination of tourism.All this will be a foundation to develop industrial tourism.This paper will make a thorough analysis on the internal and external environments of developmening Liaoning industrial tourism by using SWOT analysis.analysising the strength,weakness,opportunity and threats.finaly,point out some developing strategy.
