Abstract

Under the network environment,the way of library reference service has undergone tremendous changes and digital reference has become a new service respected by university libraries at home and abroad.There are some major ways of the digital reference service: E-mail,Web forms,FAQ,online consulting,and network-based cooperation,etc.According to the characteristics of the newly-built university libraries,some suggestions are proposed on how to carry out digital reference service.
