Abstract

The eco-system of the oasis in the arid area is very vulnerability,and the water,as a vitally important resource to the existence of the oasis,is in face of severe situation at present.taking northwest region example,a detailed analysis of the water resources and the mutual interaction between water and urbanization on the oasis is made.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of the water and the urbanization situation,the reasonable and proper urbanization favorable for the better of the water resource on the oasis is put forward.
