Abstract

For isolated ellipsoid conductor, when it is in a static balance function, the distribution of charge density on the ellipsoid conductor in theory have always been a more complex electrostatic problems. It is commonly believed that the surface charge density is direct proportion to curvature of an ellipsoidal conductor but haven't obtain a certain result. This paper will draw a conclusion through theoretical calculation.
