Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship of pathological types of lung cancer and age, sex, sites. Methods Normal bronchovideoscopy examination was used to confirm the mass localization by direct view and diagnosis of pathological types biospy, and cytological examination by brush test. Results The incidence of lung cancer patients aged 18 to 82 years, mean age 59 years. The peak level of incedence at the age 50 to 69 years, accounting for 69.5% of the whole group. The most common histologic type was squamous cell carcinoma in male(64.3%),and adenocarcinoma in female(39.7%).The most common place of lung cancer were in the double upper lobes and main bronchus, but the most rare in the right middle lobe. Conclusion The bronchoscopy examination is very important in the diagnosis of lung cancer, which can provide the exam bases for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
