ASTRAGALUS UNITED DANSHEN INJECTION ON THE EFFICACY OF CORONARY HEART

[Objective]To analyze the clinical efficacy of treatment to astragalus injection combined Salvia on coronary patients with heart failure.[Methods]94 cases of heart failure patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,47 patients in each group. The patients of two groups were given tradition medicine,the treatment group was given therapy to the astragalus injection combined blended with 5% SM 250ml intravenous glucose. The efficacy and the cardiac function before and after treatment of two groups were compared and treatment.[Results]The treatment rate in the control group was 76.59%(36/47),while the rate of the treatment group was 91.49%(43/47). The observation group was higher,and the chi-square test showed that the two groups were statistically significant differences in cure rates(P﹤0.05). Cardiac function was improved a lot after treatment. The Cardiac function was significant difference between before and after treatment(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]There is good clinical effect of Astragalus injection combined Danshen on treating coronary heart disease heart failure patients. It can improve the quality of patients’ life,and it should be widely applied in clinical practice.
