Abstract

The pPIC9-mmLEAP-2 expression vector was transformed into Pichia pastoris GS115,the transform with multi-copy inserts were selected by PCR identification, the expression of recombinant mmLEAP-2 induced by methanol was analyzed by SDS-PAGE,which provides a basis for further research on antibacterial activity of mmLEAP-2.
