Compendium of Livelihood Economic Theory:Farmer Issue is the fundamental problem of livelihood Economy

Livelihood issues and livelihood economy are two different concepts.As to livelihood economy,it has both generality and particularity,also,distinctions in a broad sense and in a narrow sense.Livelihood economy,in the very first place,should aim at improving economic conditions.Then,there exists a livelihood reversal in livelihood economy,i.e.problems would come out since no improvement has been made.This can be called the first narrowing of the concept of livelihood.On the level of livelihood economy or basic livelihood economy,livelihood economy has got a further narrowed form.Finally,in fact,livelihood economy embraces various patterns and forms which are fair and efficient in the process of economic development.At the present stage of China,many specific aspects of the basic contradiction have changed,the development ways of keeping livelihood,Chinese policy and economy should also be changed.In China,farmers are the most important,the number of them is the largest,and they contain the largest economic development potential.However,livelihood issues of farmers weren't worked out well.Therefore,in the final analysis,farmer issue is the fundamental problem of Chinese livelihood economy.
