Study on the Livelihood Sports Development from the Perspective of Livelihood Finance

This paper analyzes the livelihood sports from the perspective of livelihood finance.The result shows that fiscal investment of livelihood sports shows an increasing trend under livelihood finance,public goods for livelihood sports such as mass sports facilities,mass sports organizations,public community sports instructors,and the national physique monitoring are supplying continuously.But there still exist many problems for livelihood sports,which is the following:the relative scale of fiscal investment for livelihood sports shows a decreasing trend,the financial and property rights of sports in central and local government are not unified,the development of livelihood sports among areas are unbalanced,the supply of public goods for livelihood sports is still inadequate.It put forwards some suggestions such as raising the expenditure proportion in livelihood sports,adhering to multi-channel financing to increase the investment for livelihood sports by total society,improving the fiscal transfer payment system to promote the equalization of public service for livelihood sports,building the performance evaluation mechanism of livelihood sports finance.
