Abstract
The Schiff-base of Mn complex was encapsulated in ZSM-5 zeolite by flexible ligand route, and was characterized by FT IR,ICP,TG-DTA and BET.Its catalytic activity in the epoxidation of cyclohexene by molecular oxygen was studied, and it showed high activity. When cyclohexene was 2 mL,methylcyanide was 20 mL isobutyraldehyde was 5 mL and the catalyst was 40 mg,the conversion of cyclohexene was 96.58%,and the selectivity of epoxycyclohexane was 81.52% at 35℃.The catalyst was easy to separate and recover.
