Predicaments of Execution and Supervision of Public Policy and Their Solutions

Abstract

The execution and supervision of public policy is a link of the policy implementation.Duo to the imperfect supervision,the deformation of the policy programs in the execution directly influences the achievement of the policy goals.Facing the predicaments in the supervision,some problems can be solved by the perfection of the supervision subject,the restraint of the supervision object,the establishment of the supervision mechanism and the improvement of the legislation.
