Abstract

The direct separation of glutamic acid from the fermentation broth by anion exchange was studied with resin201×7.The exchange isotherms of resin for glutamic acid were measured with batchwise method. And the exchangedesorption curves for the uptake of glutamic acid were also measured. The experimental results show that the recovery ratio of glutamic acid reaches 975%.
