Clinical Observation of 38 Cases Endoscopic Treatment of Urethral Stricture and Atreturethria

Objective To evaluate the methods and clinical results of endoscopic treatment of urethral stricture and atreturethria.Methods internal urethrotomy and atreturethria through urethroscope or combined with other endoscopes,retrospective analysis and summary the operation points and efficacy,compared with the open surgery group.Results 37 cases were succeed in Endoscopic treatment group while 12 cases were succeed in open surgery group,success rates were 97.4% and 92.3%.The flow rate in Endoscopic treatment group went up to(29.6±10.8)mL/s from(5.3±3.2)mL/s,the flow rate in the open surgery group went up to(29.4±11.5)mL/s from(5.7±4.1)mL/s,no significant differences in two group.Conclusion endoscopic treatment urethral stricture and atreturethria,void with a good stream and mini-invasivemess,less bleeding and less time were used.It can be considered as the first choice of treatment of men’s urethral stricture and atreturethria,should be widely expand.
