Abstract
Antigenic difference were detected among 8 local strains and 2 vaccine strains of infectious bursal disease virus by the virus neutralization test.Hyperimmune chicken antisera against heterogeneous and homogeneous infectious bursal disease virus strains were used in cross neutralization tests.Relatedness values were calculated from virus cross neutralization antibody titer,5 subtypes were distinguished among the 10 strains tested.Phylogenetic trees of the different subtypes of local strains and vaccine strains of infectious bursal disease virus were obtained according to the relatedness value of virus cross neutralization antibody titer.
