Abstract

A method for determination organophosphrous pesticides residues in tea sample was described by accelerated solvent extraction-gel permeation chromatography/solid phase extraction purification gas chromatography-mass spectrometr. The target anslytes were extracted with the solution of acetone/dichloromethane(1∶1) using accelerated solvent extraction(ASE),then purified using gel permeation chromatography(GPC) and Carb/NH2 solid phase extraction. The separation and determination of analytes were performed by using GC-FPD and GC-MS with selected ion monitoring(SIM) mode and external standard method.Under the optimal conditions, the detection limits(S/N=3) of pesticides were in the range of 0.001 mg/kg-0.007 5 mg/kg with the relative standard deviations of 2.4 %-8.1 %.The recoveries of pesticides from teas sample spiked with mixed standards at 0.050 mg/kg ranged from 76.3 %-94.6 %.The method was rapid, precise, sensitive, high efficient in extraction convenient and purification. After routine applications, the results indicated that this method is suitable for the determination of organophosphrous pesicide resdues in the tea.
