Observation of Tongxinluo Capsule in Treatment of Coronary Artery Disease Complicated with Hyperlipemia

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of Tongxinluo Capsule in treatment of coronary artery disease complicated with hyperlipemia.Methods:82 patients with coronary artery disease complicated with hyperlipemia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group were treated by combinnaton of Tongxinluo Capsule and routine therapy,and control group were treated by routine therapy.The therapeutic course was 8 weeks in both groups.ECG,blood lipids,heart function and total effects were observed after 8 weeks of treatment.Results:The ECG effective rate in treatment group(85.71%) was higher than that in control group(70.00%).Conclusion:Tongxinluo Capsule can effectively treat coronary artery disease complicated with hyperlipemia.
