Abstract
Ten kinds of trace elements(Fe,Zn,Mn)in the plant of Alfalfa are detected and analyzed by atomic Absorption spectrophotometry(AAS).The results showed that some elements essential to human body such as Fe,Zn and Mn of alfalfa are abundant in alfalfa,the content of Fe,Mn and Zn was 211.35~300.19 μg/g,42.80~57.65 μg/g and 55.31~91.92 μg/g.In the plant of 12 Afalfa,the content sequence of different microelements was found to be w(Fe)w(Mn)w(Zn).
