Abstract
The solution in rich magnesium was made by immersing dolomite in chlorhydric acid, then using dolomite forge power as precipitant, magnesium hydroxide with good settling character was formed, then separated, dried and incandesced, the purity of resulting magnesium oxide reached 92%; while using the emulsion of dolomite as precipitant, controling reactive conditions, reserving the seed crystal to circulate, the magnesium hydroxide precipitate was formed, having proper size, separated easily, dried and incandesced, the resulting light magnesium oxide reached a high good grade standard of GB.
