Abstract
From how to enhance the management of the engineering costs,the paper introduces the cost control methods at the design stage,the bidding stage,the construction stage,and the complete stage,analyzes the operation status of the current engineering cost and its advantages and disadvantages,and provides the perspective for the development direction and future of the engineering cost management,so as to direct the construction enterprises to have effective control over the engineering cost,to save the engineering assets,and to realize the maximum of the investment benefits.
