Abstract

This paper introduces the effect of engineering cost management on engineering design stage.Summarizing the existing problems of effect of engineering cost management on design stage at present.Focusing on these problems,it proposals the reasonable engineering cost management measures to control the engineering cost efficiency and reduce the engineering cost.
