Abstract

Objective To analyze the production of antibodies and its dynamic variation to provide a reference for the preparation of high-titer serum.Method EV71 inactivated virus and HAV inactivated virus were injected into New Zealand rabbits in two immune procedures to detect serum titer in different time periods. Results The antibody titer decreased significantly two days after booster immunization, thereafter gradually increased and reached a new peak between 5 and 7 days, furthermore, the antibody titer were consistent in booster immunization once weekly or every 2 weeks. Conclusions The increasing of antibody level didn't rise as smooth curve in the second booster immunization, but rose as polyline.Three times booster immunization was necessary to obtain high titer immune serum;Interval week was appropriate between 2 booster immunization, and serum can be collected on day 7 after the third booster. The whole immune process should be completed in 8 weeks.
