Abstract
Lianhua reservoir in Block Gao 246 is a thick massive glutenite heavy oil reservoir with bottom water. As restricted by high oil/water viscosity ratio, reservoir heterogeneity, and sand and bottom water production, water channeling is a serious problem when producing with vertical wells, showing that water cut increases rapidly, oil recovery rate is low,and object recovery factor can not be reached. On the basis of deep study of reservoir geology, residual oil distribution, pressure level and horizontal well optimization, secondary development is deployed by using horizontal well technology.Field application has achieved good effect.Estimated recovery factor can improve by 3.4%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
