Abstract
Education is a special social practice activity.The relationship between teachers and students influence directly or indirectly the educational effect.Today the individuality is acquired great liberation and respect,the traditional relationship between teachers and students has been broken and the new style is under construction.The important characteristic of new style relationship is equality between teachers and students.This idea will not only help teachers to change their old attitude and improve themselves allround,but also can develop individuality and creativity of students.In the meantime,it is helpful to improve the quality of education and promote the construction of a harmonious campus.
