Abstract
The relationship between teachers and students is the basic and major one in the process of education.But there still exists some unharmonious phenomenon between teachers and students which affects the harmony and stability of universities and colleges.The author believes that the formation of harmonious relationship between teachers and students depends on the comprehensive human communication and caring for each other between teachers and students.Harmonious relationship helps form the sound school ethos and style of teaching and learning and it is also important for helping students developing their fine personality and spirit of innovation.
