Abstract

The toxicity of six fungicides on Botrytis elliptica has been tested by means of mycelia growth rate inhibition in the lab.The EC50 of the six fungicides(iprodione, chlorothalonil, carbendazim, benalaxyl, hexaeonazole and myclobutanil) to Botrytis elliptica(Berk.) Cooke.are 130.7528,1.2479,3.9247,34.5240,7.9625 and 10.1775 mg/L respectively.Among them, chlorothalonil has the strongest toxicity on Botrytis elliptica, carbendazim has the second toxicity, and iporodione has the worst toxicity on Botrytis elliptica. The mixtures at different ratios between iprodione and myclobutanil have been tested. The results show that the mixture of myclobutanil and iprodione at different ratios have different inhibition on Botrytis elliptica, and at the ratio of 2∶8,the mixture of myclobutanil and iprodione has the highest inhibition activity. The co-toxicity coefficient of myclobutanil and iporodione has also been tested on Botrytis elliptica. When the co-toxicity coefficient of the mixture of myclobutanil and iprodione is 130,it has significant synergism.
