Abstract

Tomato grey mold is an important plant disease which can severely decrease yield of tomato in greenhouse.By the spore germination method the inhibition action of 6 kinds and Fungicides mixture on Botrytis cinerea was determined indoors.Of all test agents, compared with other agents,25%Ricocel WP had the strongest toxicity on spores of Botrytis cinerea and 50%Iprodione had the weakest toxicity on spores. The former's EC50 was 2.61μg/ml,the latter's EC50 was 528.95μg/ml.Of all mix agents, compared with other agents,Pyrimethanil+Ricocel had the strongest toxicity on spores of Botrytis cinerea and Procymidone+Thiram ziram urbacide had the weakest toxicity on spores. The former EC50 was 2.03μg/ml,and the latter EC50 was 114.00μg/ml.The results demonstrated that Thiram ziram urbacide+Iprodione in Mixtures had synergistic interaction of toxicity on spores of Botrytis cinerea. The cotoxicity coefficient of mixed medicament was 5.91,and their medicamental avail represented additive effect. This result has established the foundation for us to control the disease in the further.
