The change of IFN-γ、IL-6、MMP-2,9 in gingival crevicular fluid before and after CAD/CAM porcelain full crown

Objective:To observe the effects of CAD/CAM Porcelain full crown on secretion of gingival crevicular fluid(GCF)and expression of IFN-γ、IL-6、MMP-2,9 in GCF.Method:62 clinical patients(156 anterior teeth)were selected from the patients who came to the Department of Stomotology of the General Hospital of the Air Force.We used CAD/CAM porcelain full crown to restore the teeth.Before teeth preparation and 6,12 months after the placement of the crowns,the weight of GCF and the level of IFN-γ、IL-6、MMP-2,9 in gingival crevicular fluid were checked,the results analyzed statistically.Result:Restoration marginal depth and goodness of fit were all consistent with clinical requirement.The weight of GCF,the level of IFN-γ、IL-6、MMP-2,9 in gingival crevicular fluid before and after operation had no significantly statistical difference(P 0.05).Conclusion:In the whole observation,CAD/CAM Porcelain full crown clinically qualified has no significantly negative influence on gingival health of the restored teeth.The clinical result is satisfactory.
