Abstract
Serum samples and tissue samples were collected from rats trapped from 9 pig farms in Shanghai from March to May 2005.Detection of antibodies and antigens against porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV) and classical swine fever virus(CSFV) was performed using IHA、ELISA and RT-PCR technique. The results were all negetive, indicated that rats are probably not a reservoir or transmision vector of PRRSV and CSFV.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
