Cultivation of College Students' Innovation Ability in non—— Dominant Discipline

Abstract
In contemporary society of China,the cultivation of students' innovation ability is a major issue.This paper focuses on how to cultivate innovation ability of students in non-dominant disciplines.The authors take characteristics of the non-dominant disciplines as well as the existing problems in cultivation of the student innovation ability into account,and give some recommendations on methods of cultivating innovation ability based on mentoring management,innovation team building,innovation practice models and teaching methods of innovation practice.
