Improvement of Protecting Criminal Suspect's Right at the Investigation Stage——Analysis of Lawyer's Presence Right and Criminal Suspect's Right to be Informed

There are many defects in China's criminal defense system,especially in the protection of the rights of criminal suspects at the stage of investigation.The present situation can not make the prosecution and defense in a state of equilibrium.Many rights are not explicitly affirmed by the law in the investigation stage.For instance,the criminal suspect's right to be informed,lawyer's presence rights in the interrogation and the status of the lawyers at the investigation stage.These defects in the law led to the fact that the criminal suspect's right in the investigation stage easily subjected terrible damage from investigating agency in practice.Therefore,the protection and reform of the rights of criminal suspects is particularly important,especially in the investigation stage.
