Abstract
The investigation procedure is the most intense conflict stage of two kinds of value goals which attacks the crime and protects human right,so it is the most dangerours stage for criminal suspect because of their right are easily violated.In order to protect criminal suspect's human right and perfect Criminal prosecution structure we must perfect the lawyer's right to defense during investigation procedure.According to the present criminal procedure we should give the lawyers the right to be present and appeal and expand the right to review records and investigate.
