A Study on the Correlation between Industry Structure and Employment Structure in Chengdu

This article carries on the real diagnosis to the Chengdu industry structure and the employment structure studies with structure deviation index. The study of the correlation results show that : The industrial structure and the employment structure of Chengdu primary industry and tertiary industry has a strong correlation, the second industrial structure and the employment structure has weak correlation, the population continue to shift to the tertiary industry.On this basis,this article proposed a policy for adjustment of industrial structure and coor—dinating development of full employment.
