Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP) to treat cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Methods 98 patients suffering from cervical intraepithelial neoplasia were treated with loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP),all the specimens obtained from the procedure were sent for histological examination, and then the therapeutic effect was evaluated after procedure. Results Of the 98 patients who underwent LEEP,preoperative and postoperative diagnoses of 89 patients were coincident, the coincidence rate was 82.65%.Conclusion With less postoperative complications,LEEP is simple to operate, which is an effective and safe treatment for CIN lesions.
