Analysis of Loop Electrosurgical Excision Treatment for 180 Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia Cases

Abstract

Objective To investigate the method,consistency of pathological diagnosis before and after operation,along with efficacy of cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure(Leep) treating cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Method The results derived from biopsy and Leep pathological diagnosis in 180 CIN patients were analyzed.Results Pathological diagnosis results before and after surgery showed significant statistical difference(P0.01).Conclusion Leep surgery is safe and effective method for CIN therapy.
