Application of Law in the Cases of Copyright Infringement

Abstract

To protect copyright is one of the important functions of procuratorial organ.In recent years,the application of law of this kind of crime arises some conflicts and problems with the variety of cases violated copyright.The article starts with the review and approves an arrest of a case,analyzes the basis way to deal with this kind of case and practice problems.
