Research on the Factors Influencing Migrant Workers' Access to Employment Information——Based on Theoretical and Empirical Analysis of 243 Migrant Workers

Based on a survey of 243 migrant workers,this paper analyzes the situation of migrant workers' employment information accessibility in use of Logit discrete choice model.It also empirically researches the factors influencing migrant workers' information needs.The results show that,among the factors that affect migrant workers' information needs,the factors such as the migrant worker's age,marital status,place of residence,education,technical level,and employment channel,have a significantly positive impact on their employment behavior.In the end,this paper puts forward some suggestions.
