Laboratory Resources Management in Vocational Colleges

Based on the structure of vocational colleges and characteristics of laboratory resources,the idea of dynamic management on laboratory resources is analyzed in the essay,especially in laboratory human resources management,so as to promote the interaction of experimental teachers and the sharing of experimental facilities among the colleges and institutions,which is beneficial to the combination of production-learning-research between colleges and enterprises.The establishment of dynamic personnel mechanism between colleges and enterprises,as well as among colleges,is believed to be helpful for the teaching reform of higher vocational colleges.
