The Implementation of the National College Students' Innovative Training Program and the Construction of It's Social Support System

The development of college students' innovative training program to stimulate the learning enthusiasm of the college students, to find, play, the advantage of the college students' potential and personality traits has an irreplaceable role. The implementation of the college students' innovative training program in national regions exist the problem of insufficient social support. This paper argues that college students' innovative training program need to build a complete system of social support, integrate all kinds of social resources, to improve the efficiency of project implementation and effects, enhance students' innovative consciousness and innovative ability, promote the talent training mode reform, cultivate the industry needs innovative talents.
