Abstract

Crime of the aged is becoming a more more serious social problem.While,the criminal law for the criminal responsibility of the aged is not clear.Based on the experience of the criminal legislation for the aged,China's criminal law for the aged should be improved from the aspects of perfecting the appointed defending right and the right of presence at inquisition,canceling the death penalty and reducing the criminal responsibility of the aged,etc.due to the physical,psychological and criminal features of the aged.
