Abstract

The youngest age for criminal responsibility is stipulated in Criminal Law of China.The Criminal Law is expected to involve the oldest age for criminal responsibility in accordance with natural law,aim of criminal punishment and other factors.We have to take all kinds of factors into consideration in the process of improving the system.How to punish the old without criminal capacity can adopt the ways of punishing the juvenile offenders.
