Abstract

By taking into account the interactions between SPM and GVD in a singlemode fiber,we obtained an analytic expression of chirp induced by both SPM and GVD chirp.The results show that the feature of chirp according to z and T is determined completely for certain LD and LNL.With different ratio of LD/LNL,the feature of chirp changes obviously.We find that unchirp propagation can be obtained by controlling the input power of pulse in a fiber and the stability of pulse also can be maintained.
