On Math of Frequency Chirp Induced by both GVD and SPM in a Single-mold Fiber

Abstract

On the basis of GVD and SPM,an analytic expression of chirp induced by the interactions of both SPM and GVD chirp and the relationship between chirp changes and dispersion length LD and nonlinear length LNL were obtained.The results show that the feature of chirp changes obviously with the altering of LD/LNL.The formula N=LD/LNL=1 means the chirp has completed the best match of the chirp in a singlemold fiber.We may obtain stability of zilchchirp pulse by controlling the input power of pulse in a fiber.
