West Sichuan Dialect in Ming Dynasty from The Category of Sichuan Dialect

In the article,it has elaborated the phonetic development of Sichuan dialect in sound,the rhyme and the intonation after both analyzing the language materials in Li Shi's,a person in Suining of Sichuan,book of The Category of Sichuan Dialect in Ming Dynasty,and quoting other documents of the rhyme in Sichuan in Ming Dynasty,and has understood the phonetic difference between current Sichuan dialect and the ancient one.Therefore,it is found that there are four categories of the melody,sixteen categories of the rhyme;meanwhile,it is considered that the blade initial consonant is still not compartmentalized from the root initial consonant.
