Abstract
Single factor experiment and orthogonal design L16(43) were used to investigate the effects of extrac-ting pressure, extracting temperature and CO2 flow rate on the yield of coriander oleoresin which was extracted by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction(SCF-CO2).The optimum parameters obtained were as follows: extracting pressure 18MPa,extracting temperature 43℃,CO2 flow rate 35L/h.When the extracting time was 3h,the yield of coriander oleoresin was 1.035% under the above conditions.
