Abstract
Rationality has a very rich cultural connotation of human nature.As there are the different ways of construction in between human and social reality,it also manifests itself on the different levels.This shows that the rationality is the historical rationality and has a historical dimension.Because of this,the history of human civilization as well as social development is also a history of rational evolution.Modernity and the rationality because of the inherent logic association of modernity and rationality,the status of modernity inevitably come out through the characteristics of rational evolution.Value rationality and instrumental rationality defection and instrumental rationality and technical rationality having a roads lead to Rome,are bound to reflect the modernity.
